2020 Rates
From June 20 until August 15 we rent Saturday to Saturday by the week only, off season has an option to stay a 2-night minimum. The Founder's Cottage rents weekly throughout the year. Our rate schedule is based upon:
- a two person occupancy in the two bedroom Seasonal Cottages
- up to four people in the three bedroom Seasonal Cottage
- up to four people in the Founder's Cottage.
For additional people in all cottages please add $50.00 per person to the weekly rate or $10.00 nightly per person. The two bedroom Seasonal Cottages sleep four people maximum. The three bedroom Seasonal Cottage sleeps six people maximum. Founder's Cottage has beds for four and two cots, six people maximum.
Please add 9% lodging tax to your total.

Important Info
A 50% deposit is required. Deposits are refundable within 45 days of notice or a full rebooking of the cottage. Our cottages are non smoking and we do not accept pets.

Easy to Find Us
Windward Cottages are very easy to find and easy to get to. When arriving on Mount Desert Island from the mainland, go straight onto route 102. Do not bear left onto route 3. Our driveway will be 1.3 miles up ahead on the right directly across from Hammond Lumber.
